Exercise and physical activity are both natural and preventative forms of healthcare that help the body in so many ways, such as:
-reduces stress and anxiety
-lowers blood pressure
-helps control Type 2 Diabetes
-decreases risk of heart disease, cardiopulmonary disease, some cancers, stroke, and heart attack
-provides feelings of well being
-improves sleep
-for prenatal clients-decreases occurrence of pregnancy body aches and pains, allows for smoother delivery, and increases chances for a quicker recovery

...and so much more!

With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I also have 3 years of experience as an ACSM Health Fitness Specialist, and a certification from AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor.  I also bring creativity and motivation to clients who desire to make a lifelong healthy change in their lives.

My extensive background allows me to work with a variety of clients including general, prenatal, postpartum, athletes, older adults, and graduates from physical therapy.

I serve the Nashville area, including Franklin, Brentwood, and Bellevue. I go to my clients, giving them a sense of security and less stress while training in their own home. I provide a complimentary interview meeting to answer any kind of questions or concerns that a future client may feel.

Raves & Reviews for Live Out Loud Personal Training

"I am thankful to have had Abby as my personal trainer during my pregnancy. She is very friendly, thorough, and willing to adapt to my needs. She is professional and well trained and the exercises gave me the strength I needed during labor. She is an excellent prenatal trainer and I loved having her come to my house for training sessions. I highly recommend her!"

"I have been training three times per week for the past 15 months with Abby Branch.  I find the workouts to be varied, need specific, and challenging.  She does a great job of identifying weaknesses and developing a plan to address your personal needs.  Her experience working in a physical therapy gym gives her a unique understanding of developing exercises to strengthen injured areas.  My back has multi level disc herniations and Abby has worked tirelessly to keep me active and as strong as possible."
